We’re debating whether or not to offer online bill paying. It IS a wonderful idea and would be a great way for our patients to submit payment at any hour of the day. The hold up is that for a business of our small size, we would not be able to create enough volume to make the system pay for itself.
Our question to you is…..would you folks still be interested in a an online payment system that would charge a service fee of upwards of $3? That’s not a trifling amount but is it too much to outweigh the benefits of online payment?
